The Art of  the Soles

On April 8th there was:  

A total solar eclipse and a new super moon in Aries

 

Later this month a rare Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in Taurus AND ... (hang on) Mercury will be in retrograde until 4/25!! Chiron (the wounded healer) conjuncts this solar eclipse exactly, greatly emphasizing its spiritual intent to heal wounds around identity and rejection, power and abuse, assertion and aggression.

Dear Ones:

I imagine by now you've all heard enough about the above that you're ready to jump on the next ufo out of here!

 

Here are some interesting facts: On the day of the eclipse, all sentient beings on the planet experienced their main light source being aligned with 4.28 minutes of darkness and then the dawning :) of a new light!

 

Almost everyone has had a physical and/or emotional reaction - feelings of electrical surges/kundalini awakening, more joint and back pain than usual, tears at the surface, ringing in ears, fogginess, wanting to be alone and quiet, sleep deprivation, vivid dreams, other worldliness, off balance when walking etc. I'm good for about 70% of those. How about you?

 

The earth has her own energy grid which is changing very rapidly as felt in the recent earthquake on the East Coast. Right now this rapid change is absolutely taxing our nervous systems so don't think you're going crazy.

 

All eclipses signify change but this one is particularly extreme as it is being influenced by very powerful conjunctions, configurations and even a comet named "devil comet"! This moment in time is life altering for individuals (especially Aries, Libra, Cancer and Capricorn.) groups, leaders, nations, male and female energies, species and the earth herself.

 

This particular eclipse is called "The great American eclipse" because it arcs mainly over certain parts of our U.S. (see above) that will be particularly affected. There will be the world before April 8th and the world after. Changes and challenges will be rapid now - April being the most rapid fire of changes this year.

 

"Eclipses are energetic portals, often shifting the direction in your life. This new moon in Aries represents major new beginnings. But at the same time huge transformative waves are activating core issues, imploring us, and the world of nations, to clear old wounds, trauma, and misbeliefs. Something that you were involved with back then is now spiraling around and calling for your attention.

Right now it feels like forces beyond our control have taken hold. Humankind is going through a vibrational and spiritual upgrade the likes of which we've never experienced - a rebirth of nations and people. As many of us know (!!) giving birth is messy, painful, exhausting and out of our our control. But on a higher level it feels otherworldly, spiritual, joyful and certainly transformational. In the past month or two we've been having intense and unusual physical/emotional pressures - not unlike the gestation period as new life is forming. Just as the recent East coast earthquake came from a build up of energetic pressure so are our bodies and emotions reacting to what we cannot see but most definitely feel.

 

When we are in fear, we can literally be “out of our mind,” not functioning from our cerebral cortex. Slowing, deepening, and lengthening the out breath helps upshift our consciousness, as well as meditation, exercise, listening to music, doing art, being in nature, body work/energy healing and anything that brings us into a relaxed, open state of presence.
